Wednesday – Miso Glazed Mahi Mahi

Truffle, shiitake, bok choy, scallion broth

Thursday – Oregon Sanddabs 

Wilted spinach, triple apple-wood smoked bacon, caramelized red bell peppers, parmesan broth

Friday – Skuna Bay, Angel Hair Pesto

Norwegian Salmon (non GMO), herb roasted tomatoes, spiced caramelized walnuts, basil pesto
